more weirdness than you could shake a poo stick at

Tonight, Tomorrow and Sunday are more shows for your punky selves.
To Be Hated is still trying to organize the Thursday night punk shows at PULP Live!, and the management is dedicated to it, so if you know a band that wants to play tell them to look up To Be Hated and get booked.
UPDATE: Added a show on Friday & Saturday.

Tonight is actually more of a Folk/Hilbilly/Whatever thing, I don't know much about the bands other than Viva Le Vox is always cool.

Wednesday, September 30th, 2009
Zoo Bar - Hobo Nephews of Uncle Frank, Viva Le Vox, Black Weather Shaman
9pm, $5, ?

Thursday is a rare pop-punk night at Churchill's. Boy Prostitute and Bulletproof your Limousine (who I think is actually somewhat of a melodic hardcore or punk band or something?) and JSF round out the main stage, while some half-decent smaller acts play the back stage. If you like the lighter side of punk and hearing something new, check it out. Under 18 with parental guardian.

Thursday, October 1st, 2009
Churchill's Pub - Johnny Sexfuk and the Fleshrockets, Boy Prostitute, Bulletproof your Limousine, Dead Right, The Ticks, Misguided Missles, Facelift, The 1%
7pm (yeah right), $10, under 18 accompanied by an adult

Friday is a house party in Miami. I don't know anything about the place, but if there's a flyer i'll post it.

Friday, October 2nd, 2009
Izzy's House (11421 sw 192nd street, miami, fl 33157) - Baker Acted, One-21, To Be Hated, No Line, Thomas and A.r.t
after 6pm, free, all ages

This Saturday, hardcore band Get The Ammo is playing Brogues in Lake Worth. The show is free, and judging by their myspace samples they're the real deal. Should be interesting...

This Sunday is yet another Lake Worth punk night, with a sort of celtic folk/punk band Cutthroat Shamrock and locals The Ruins & The Ugly Hearts.

Sunday, October 4th, 2009
Propaganda - Cutthroat Shamrock, The Ruins, The Shakers, The Ugly Hearts
8pm, $5, ?

Also don't forget next Friday is Rock vs Mark - a tribute to the seminal hardcore punk of the midwest. Covers of some of the best midwest hardcore by some great local bands.

And the week after that, The Murder Junkies come to town. They're probably one of the most frightening punk bands i've ever heard of, so I love it.
